Distilled across the border in Indiana, this wheated bourbon is a welcome addition to our whiskey lineup. What’s a wheated bourbon you ask? It’s simply replacing the Rye with Wheat as the secondary grain. This allows the bourbon to take on a slightly sweeter and mellower taste profile compared to their Rye counterpart. All you need to know is that Penelope is a classy (and tasty) lady.
